Certificate of Conformance
This is to certify that the Magnaflux liquid Penetrant Conformance, Aluminum Test Block Partnumber 14755 meets the following requirements.
ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel Code 2007 Edition , Section V Nondestructive Examination , Article 6, Para.T-653 and Mandatory Appendices , Appendix III,Paragraph III-630.
Additional Information
1)No annual recertification is required
2)Blok must be ultrasonically cleaned and checked with a black light after each use
3)Blocks that cannot be completey cleaned should be replaced
